Our process
Step 1: Preparation
Together with your leadership team or appropriate partners, we’ll collect all relevant information and conduct initial diligence to prepare the Confidential Offering Memorandum (CIM), a data room, and buyer list.
Step 2: Go to Market
Once materials are prepared, we’ll begin outreach and market to potential buyers, soliciting Indication of Interests, fielding initial screenings and high-level diligence requests, collecting and evaluating LOIs, and reviewing those best offers with you.
Step 3: Negotiation
Working in tandem with your leadership team, or appropriate representatives, we’ll evaluate and negotiate offers, manage additional diligence requests, and solicit firm offers.
Step 4: Close
We’ll oversee the transfer of all funds, technology, and assets to ensure a seamless transition.
