With a decade of experience spanning marketing, operations, originations, strategy, and finance, Mychal is a versatile generalist with a Swiss Army-like skill set that enables him to assist startups and growth-stage companies in launching new initiatives, increasing brand awareness, and growing revenue. As Principal for Senzu Partners, he presently oversees all aspects of company development.

As a three-time founder with one successful exit, prior to Senzu, Mychal collaborated with regional stakeholders to establish technical boot camps, facilitated SPVs, originated opportunities for platforms such as Republic and ClearCo, and spent time with thematic accelerators and a family office that focused on climate, sustainability, and financial services. He has previously served as a Chapter Director with StartupGrind, advised NPOs, and mentored start-ups through organizations such as MassChallenge, CivStart, and Capital Factory.
