Mychal is a strategic operator and ecosystem builder with a decade of experience across marketing, strategy, origination, and finance. This swiss-army skillset has helped launch new initiatives, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth across the public and private sector. As Principal, he leads all firm growth and development.

Prior to Senzu, he helped early-stage founders raise over $12M, originated investments for platforms like Republic and ClearCo, managed SPVs, and spent time with various thematic accelerators as well as a family office focused on climate and financial services. He’s also a former Chapter Director for Startup Grind and has mentored companies through organizations like Capital Factory, CivStart, and MassChallenge.
